| dc.description.abstract | This study was done in Elzera Hospital in the period between 12/2009-1/2010. It was included 36 patient suffering from cancer against 14 healthy individual as control group , blood samples were collected from both patients and controls ,and used for the following laboratory investigations activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) , prothrombin time (PT) , INR , and platelets count. The study showed the mean of patients PT was(14.43)and mean of control PT was(14.74), mean of patients APTT was(30.69) and mean of control APTT was(30.79), mean of patients INR was(1.01)and mean of control INR was(.99) and mean of patients platelets count was(261.83) and mean of control platelets count was(279.00). The study showed no clinically significant differences between mean of patients and control in PT(P=.656) , APTT(P=.930) and INR (P=.774). But showed clinically significant difference between mean of patients platelets count (P=.352) and mean of control platelets count. | en_US |
