دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين جودة المياه المعبأة

Abstract

تناول البحث في الجانب النظري دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين جودة المياه المعبأة, وتمثلت أهمية البحث في أن المياه منتج استهلاكي، والرغبة في معرفة اثر تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين جودة وسلامة المياه المعبأة وتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة، وهدف هذه البحث إلى معرفة دور تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تطوير وتحسين جودة المياه المعبأة بمصنع طل، وتم اسخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. ثم صياغة فرضيات تخص الظاهرة المدروسة واختبار صحتها بمواجهتها بالواقع من اجل تقديم تفسير العلاقة التي تربط بين متغيرات الدراسة وبعدها يتم تأكيد او نفي الفرضيات وصولا لنتائج الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: الدور الايجابي لتطبيق مفاهيم إدارة الجودة الشاملة وأثره في زيادة جودة وسلامة المياه المعبأة، وأهمية التزام القيادة العليا بفاعلية تطبيق معايير الجودة في صناعة المياه المعبأة. دور التزام القيادة العليا بفاعلية تطبيق معايير ادارة الجودة الشاملة. وأخيرا سلطت الضوء علي معوقات تطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة التي تعوق المكاسب الفورية من قبل ادارة المصنع . كما توصي الباحثة بعدد من التوصيات أهمها: ضرورة المتابعة المستمرة من قبل الجهات الرقابية المختصة (الصحية والبيئية والتجارية والصناعية) لمطابقة المنتجات مع الشروط الصحية والبيئية والمواصفة القياسية السودانية، وضرورة إلزام الشركات المنتجة للمياه المعبأة بإنشاء مختبرات فيها لفحص المنتجات بصورة مستمرة للتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات القياسية السودانية. In theoretical aspect, the research addressed the role of total quality management in improving the quality of bottled water. The importance of the research represented in that water is a consumed product, and the desire to know the impact of the application of total quality management in improving the quality and safety of bottled water and the application of total quality management. This research aims to know the role of the application of total quality management in the development and improvement of the quality of bottled water in the Tal factory. The descriptive analytical method was used. Then formulate hypotheses concerning the studied phenomenon and test its validity by facing it in order to provide an explanation of the relationship between the variables of the study, and then confirm or deny the hypotheses to reach the results of the study. The study reached the following results: The positive role of applying the concepts of total quality management and its effect on increasing the quality and safety of bottled water. The importance of senior leadership commitment to the effective application of quality standards in the bottled water industry. Finally, it highlighted the obstacles to total quality management that impede immediate gains by the factory management. The researcher also recommends a number of recommendations, the most important of wthem are: The necessity of continuous follow-up by the competent supervisory authorities (health, environmental, commercial and industrial) to conform the products to the health and environmental conditions and the Sudanese standard. And the necessityto oblige the producers of bottled water to establish laboratories in it to examine the products on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with Sudanese standards.
