dc.description.abstract This experiment was conducted at three sites: Sudan University of Science and Technology Department of animal production farm, (Shambat), ELsoodi Maternal Hospital in Omdurman, and in a dairy camels farm in Omdurman. The purpose of this study to compare the chemical and immunological characteristic of human, goats and she camels. Seven lactating pure Nubian goats, seven lactating mothers and four lactating she camels were selected and divided according to their parity order. All recently delivered, and were in good health. Three colostrums samples of the second and third parity order were collected from each species, and sent to Food Research Center laboratory for protein and minerals (Ca, P, and Fe) analysis. Whereas the immunological analysis was done at (Saredar laboratory AL dogy- Egypt) to test the concentration of immunoglobulins A and immunoglobulinsG (IgA and IgG) of goats, human and she camels colostrum. The results of protein and minerals content of goats, human and she camels colostrums showed significant (P < 0.05) difference within the three days after parturition. But the results of protein and minerals( (P, Ca and Fe) content of colostrums showed no significant (P >0.05) difference on second and third parity order between three different species. However, the IgA and IgG concentration of those three days on the colostrums showed no significant (P > 0.05) difference between goats, human and she camel colostrums. Whereas the level of IgA and IgG concentration in the colostrums of the three experimental species showed significant (P <0.05) difference of their second and third parity order. In this study the results of protein, Calcium, phosphorus content and IgG concentration of she camel colostrums showed almost V significant (p< 0.05) difference on human colostrums compared to goats colostrums. However, iron content and IgA concentration in goats colostrums showed was almost significant (p<0.05) difference to human colostrums compared to she camels colostrums. en_US
