dc.description.abstract Machines are very important in modern society. The bearing compose a supreme component in the machine parts ,hence, many problems arise that minimize bearing life like high temperature, speed and excessive vibration. In this research, electronic simulation system is developed to measure temperature, speed, and vibration in deep groove ball bearing. Hence, the system live alarms and sends signal to stop the machine when it exceeds one of three-designed value. This system was tested in the simulation program which is considered an approximate imitation of the operation of process or system, that represents its operation over time, which showed a good possibility in measuring and control stopping the machine. Thus, this simulation can serve as a risk prediction system in order to avoid such risks which might occur to the bearings. en_US
