Abstract:
Knowledge management is one of the most important strategies that organizations provide
in their work and access to competitive advantage. Sharing knowledge is a challenge
for Sudanese organizations, despite the knowledge intelligence of these organizations because
culture is difficult to change and often appreciates the efforts needed to change how
the organization works, that’s why we offered the Knowledge Sharing framework to facilitate
this changes.
This study focuses on investigating the status of knowledge sharing between individuals
in Sudanese organizations in terms of knowing the behaviors that support the knowledge
sharing and the important requirements to achieve it successfully
A questionnaire was used to investigate the state of knowledge sharing in Sudanese organization.
Thesis data was collected and analyzed. The study presents a framework that
identifies factors based on questionnaire the results showed that most significantly influence
knowledge sharing in line with the environmental culture in the Sudanese organizations
