Abstract:
The study tackled Magamat Al-Hamazani (a collection of episodic stories of rogue by Ahmed Ibn Hassan) in an attempt to describe his style, and to reveal stylistic excellence in his Magamat, as well as the creative composition’s features in his texts within frame work of stylistic study. The study has adopted inductive and deductive method. Likewise, comparison, statistics and other means were used as tools. A number of results were found out by the study; some of the most important ones were: Al-Hamazani made use of stylistics utterance, which formed fundamental components, to compose his Magamat. He stated the two ways of composting utterance. Transposition uses for specific purposes such as affirmation and glorification as occurring in the initial order of words in clauses; so that the use of previously mentioned styles have great influence in readers to grasp meaning easily as well as overstating sense. The intertextuality of stylistic phenomena produces distinctive features to shape the rhymed sound of words which reflected in repeating letters, words or clauses.
