Abstract:
Food safety management regarded as most important quality systems which effect directly on food safety, public health, in addition to its role on the quality of manufacturing food products have made it valuable for big food production companies.
This research study Role of implementation of ISO 22000:2005 On consumer satisfaction , and it is conducted in Mattew company.
From results this study came out with that application of ISO 22000:2005 have a positive role on consumer satisfaction.
The positive role of applying the standard (ISO 22000:2005) that the study is showed on internal process by enhance performance also on product quality by improving safety and the finished product quality led to clear role on consumer satisfaction and retention by increasing customer confidence and reduce compliance .
The results also showed positive role on marketing according to the increase the market share ,consequently positive role in increasing profits based on the increasing of sales.
As well as we showed some Companies that applying ISO 22000:2005 have a quiet role in raising the awareness of community about the importance of food safety and the role and importance of applying the standard to the quality of the product.
