Abstract:
This study was conducted to investigate and find the comparison with E- coli Bacteria and (salmonella) of contamination of dairy ( cow milk) for the TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT applicants and non TQM applicant (traditional).
The Analyzing method been used in the tests , results specially in micro biological . to find out the percentage of contamination in two group and how to compare between them.
Randomly 30 samples been selected from the applicants of (TQM) ISO 9001 and non applicant (traditional ) products.
The samples taken in sterilized tubes and transferred to appropriate temperature (1-8) C0 where micro biolgical tests conducted .
The result showed a light rate of contamination within the non TQM applications bodies (traditional bodes) the minimum percentage of contamination was 7.54 and low contamination minimum percentage TQM applicants that rated at 6.45 .
With high significant differences reached 0.01% .
The study showed the produced dairy of the (TQM) applicants negative of Salmonella bacteria . whoever the non TQM applicants showed contamination on five samples only.
