Role of Implementing Total Quality Management Principles on Products Quality: Case Study Nile Paints Company Ltd

Abstract

The study aim atidentify theimpact of implementation Total Quality Managementprinciples in the Nile Paints Company on the quality of paints products, and to assessthe ownership of the concept of total quality management, in addition to investigating the significant statistical differences employee’s perspective to implementation Total Quality Management due to characteristics differences .In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire that included (20) items to collect the primary information from the sample of the study, The statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) program was used to analyze and examine the hypotheses. The study used many statistical methods for data analysis, the study concluded that : There is a commitment from the Nile Paints Company to implement the principles of total quality and the quality of the paint products in them High .There is a significant statistical correlation between the implementation of the principles of total quality and quality of paints products .There is a difference of statistical significance in the views of the sample The study of the implementation of the principles of total quality is attributed to the degree of function position .The quality of the products has been measured according to the standard specifications of Sadolin Company using control chart and found that the results are controlled indicating the quality of the product.
