Abstract:
This thesisis to assess the awareness of the medical staff about quality management inShargAlneel Hospital.
Quality management is increasingly became an important issue in all services as it improves the processes, the outcome and the customer satisfaction in addition to reducing the cost, also it granted the continuity of the service as the market competition is growing so perception of quality management should be assessed in order to properly implement quality management and to insure the best outcome.
The sample of the study was randomly selected from the study population, 110
questionnaires were distributed to target nurses, medical specialists, medical administrators, general doctors and other medical staff in SharqAlneel Hospital, and 291
respondents responded, the data was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences.
This study concludes that as propose in the main hypothesis awareness determine attitude toward quality management in a positive way as1996 % of the study population are aware of the meaning of quality management and this give the positive clue to the awareness level among the medical staff inShargAlneelhospital
