dc.description.abstract This study aims to investigate the effect of communication on patients’ loyalty in Saudi Arabia private hospital located in Abha city. The researcher has used the descriptive analytical method. The participants of this study include (398) patients in private hospitals in Abha city. Linear regression analysis was carried out to analyze the data and results revealed that the independent variable (Communication) has a positive influence on (patients’ loyalty). Accordingly, the study most important recommendations call for hospitals management to strengthen their links with patients and give more attention for their patients complain. en_US
