dc.description.abstract This project aims to design the upper arm of suspension system of the car from carbon fiber composite using simulation of solidworks software, that to predict the maximum load suitable to the design and if it possible to alternative the metal alloys by carbon fiber, which it is the most contest composite material to metal alloys, which it has great properties with lightweight. In this study obtained good result dependent on modify the design of upper arm more than one times and used different layers angles of carbon fiber laminate. en_US
