Abstract:
This study aimed at investigating the students` of EFL pronunciation errors at the College of Education at Holly Quran and Islamic Science University. Both observation and recorded test were used to collect data. The data collected was then analyzed to measure the differences in the students’ pronunciation errors. The Sample of the study contained two parts, the first part was (20) students were chosen to do the conversation test. The second part of the sample was (30) of the students of English were chose for the recorded test. The, students responded to a test on the exact sounds which they mispronounce and the reasons for pronunciation problems of students at The Holly Quran University. All were ticked out by using the simple random sample technique. Results that answered the questions revealed that the students have some pronunciation errors. At the end of the researcher set some recommendations that, teachers should recognize the pronunciation errors and correct them and teach the students how to pronounce these sounds correctly. And there should be pronunciation lessons ranking the same as lessons in other skills.
