Study Of Female Primary Infertility Using UltraSound In Sinnar State

Abstract

This study evaluate the female reproductive system in sixty patients of female primary infertility age from twenty years to forty-five years old, it take place in sinnar hospital and Alaraki center . I used in this study the real time ultrasound equipments with 3.5 mHz probe include Aloka and fucuda machine This study conclude that : about 10% of cases has small uterus size from 5-6.5cm in length and also 68% is normal lower limit from 6.5- 7.4 cm in length , and 22% is normal uterus in length from (7.5-9.4 cm) . Utreus length will increased by 0.05 cm for each one mm increased on the ovarian length , uterus length increase by 0.01 cm /years , uterus length increase by 0.04 cm/kg . IV ‫‪The mean age is about 35 years ,patient‬‬ ‫, ‪weight about 61kg , uterus length 7.5 cm‬‬ ‫. ‪ovary length about 16mm‬‬ ‫)‪About 97% of the patient has Anteverted (AV‬‬ ‫‪uterus position , and the remaining 3% of‬‬ ‫‪them are retroverted , 7% of cases has‬‬ ‫. ‪Fibroid , 3% has ovarian cyst‬‬
