dc.description.abstract The objective of this research is to make a study on bacterial count of camels milk and identification of associated bacteria in Khartoum State.A total of 31arow milk samples were collected from four locations at Khartoum State (al Samrab ,Gandhar ,Shambat and Althora)asfollows : 19 directly from udder,7 from milking equipments ,and 5from aselling centers .Addittionally 17 samples were collected randomly from the same farms for bacterial identification.The laboratoryprocedure included standerdtotal plate count for bacterial count, for identification of bacteria: gram stain, oxidasetest, catalase test, and oxidation fermentation test.The total viable Bacterial counts of the udder samples rangedbetween (9.5×106 to 11.3 ×109cfu/ml) with 4 uncountable sample, and the count of samples taken from equipment werebetween (1.4×109 to 2.4×109cfu/ml) with 4 sample reveal uncountable bacterial colonies ,and for the samples taken from selling centers counts rangedbetween (2.6 ×109 to 6 ×109cfu/ml)with one uncountable sampleBacterial samples identification of the camel's milk were revealedEnterobacterialspp. , Staphylococcus spp.and Bacillus spp. en_US
