dc.description.abstract In this work the generalized gravitation energy momentum tensor is utilized to obtain and related the Hamiltonian and.momentum to each otherThe Hamiltonian momentum relation together with the ordinary operator formalism in quantum mechanics is.used to obtain cosmological quantum equation The quantum cosmological equation utilized to findcosmic scale factor and the wave function which is related to the university matter-energy density. All solution predict expanding universe with decreasing matter-energy density.
