Abstract:
The sector of construction industry is one of the important industries that contribute in developing and growth of the economy. Recently the sector of construction industry have seen a remarkable development and this has reflected in the appearance of modern high buildings and many factors must be taken into account in designing and execution to avoid many risks like the risks of fires in tall buildings (study subject) whereby the study has discussed the risks of fires and means for avoiding them
With the physical and technological development and the research on opportunities of making designs of tall buildings and this must be associated with all the designs that enables avoiding occurrence of fires risk and the study aims to figure out the most important elements that reduce the risk of eruption of fires in the tall buildings and finding the most important solutions .One of the targets of the study is determining the most important elements of safety in the tall buildings and the outcomes of the field research have indicated the most important element is providing clear marks for exits , safety equipment and guiding signs that shows the users the best behavior in the events of eruption of fire.
The second objective of the study is the most important aspects of safety from fires whereby the results of the field research indicated providing guidance plates and working towards training the users on the perfect behavior in the event of fire eruption.
The third objective of the study is developing safety methods in the tall buildings and the result of the field research has indicated the following: working towards intensifying the training of the tall buildings users to increase their knowledge and awareness to avoid the risks of fires and ensure that all the inflammable materials are safely stores and all this is followed by benefiting from technology the best programs of safety from fires.
By implementing what was recommended by the findings of the study many risks and disasters can be avoided caused by fires
