Abstract:
This research aims to identify the degree of job satisfaction for
teachers of the foundation stage locality Omdurman Done use
descriptive method Correlative, and the sample consisted of 23
teachers and 27 females selected Applied random way, and
prepared researchers questionnaire to measure job satisfaction
prepared by Shadia Osman Ahmed (1999 m). Search Results
were analyzed using a number of statistical methods, which is
the t-test to the average one sample, and t-test for two
independent samples
Researchers reached the following results:
1- is characterized by teachers of the foundation stage
Omdurman Locality degree satisfaction and functional low.
2- There were no significant statistical differences between male
and female teachers.
3_ no statistically significant correlation between job
satisfaction for teachers and educational qualification.
4- were no statistically significant differences in job satisfaction
due to the variable years of experience.
