dc.description.abstract	This research tried to suggest a suitable alternative material instead of that used in manufacturingsocket by the national authority for prosthetics and orthotics. Beside that this research focused on finding suitable alternative material by analyzing these materials properties with ansys mechanical program and comparing the results with the used material. This research reaches to use (PP) material, which it is more suitable than the alternatives material according to its mechanical properties.	en_US
