dc.description.abstract	This study concerns with SCADA systems technical evaluation in national load dispatch center (NLDC) of Sudanese Electricity Transmission Co., Ltd. (SETCO). It shows a technical comparison study between SINAUT SPECTRUM 4.4 SCADA/EMS and OPEN-3000 SCADA/EMS systems to identify technically which system is the best and to be the master SCADA system for NLDC. Above of that to determine, for other companies which want to use SCADA system, the suitable SCADA system that meets the optimum requirements as a result of this comparison.	en_US
