License plate recognition system (LPRS) is an image-processing technology was developed to
identify vehicles by the content of their license plates without direct human intervention.
This system is implemented to make human work either besides can reduce the user of human
power and because of its potential application. The development of automatic car license plate
recognition system will resulted greater efficiency for vehicle monitoring system. This system is
implemented by using MATLAB R2009a which uses opcal character recognion on image to
read the license plates on vehicle and Wamp Server tools. |
