dc.description.abstract Although the cloud computing model is considered to be a very promising computing platform in world, because of its advantages such as flexibility and cost-effectiveness, but it leads to loss of control over the cloud-hosted assets in terms of data confidentiality, integrity, availability and access control, which increases the complexity of the loss of control. The data are stored in a computing environment owned by the party ,store in another party and processing may be a third party and all these parties may be assigned tasks to other parties means that the assignments of control is a transitive . To retaining control of data we need to encrypt all data in cloud computing environment. The problem of traditional encryption limits the use of data. As a solution to this problem the cryptographers have recently invented new type of encryption fits the requirements of cloud computing environment called a versatile encryption schemes which distinct it, the versatile encryption allows processing data in ciphertext. Thus, in this research, the adopted versatile encryption algorithm has been implemented and evaluated to study that such type of encryption is effectual and useful for cloud computing environment. en_US
