Abstract:
The overall objective of this study is to explore the impact of group diversity on the productivity of organizations in Arusha region. To identify the impact of higher level of education in organization’s productivity, and to identify of the impact of multinational group diversity in organization’s productivity. It also aimed at identifying the impact the religious beliefs diversity in organization’s productivity, and to assess the impact of working environment in women’s work productivity.
It was found that ladies working environment had an impact in the productivity of organizations. Sales/revenue, profit, and individual staff productivity
The findings also have shown the significant relationship between education levels nationality and organization’s productivity. There is also no significant relationship between religious belief of staff and organizations’ productivity.
Therefore based on the findings of the study, it is concluded that group diversity has an impact on the production, and productivity of organizations.
