The following study was Comparison of Breast Cancer Bio-effects Using NSD
It´s aim was to : To Evaluate the biological Effect for different total dose compare between different R\T protocols in department , and determine the common involved age group .
And The methodology was recom on the application of NSD concept to compare between cancer breast in MDS & Equionx .
The analyzed data showed thate : age group for patients irradiated by MDS is 30-40 and 40-50 with frequency of % 28 .26 whitch is same as Equionx in view of age group but the later has afrequancy % of 30 .
such result indicating that most of the patients are younger in both radiotherapy units . and the mean of age was (47.6, ± sd 31.8) , (45.8 ,± sd31.7) for Equionx &MDS respectively.
Regarding the Histopathology ,The common type is ductal carcinoma taking apercent of 24% Then mucinous carcinoma . Taking apercent of 26% followed by scirous with apercent of 26% However for biological effect .
Also the biological effect in causes following the radiation dose increment . and the mean achieved biological effect for Equinox was 64% and sd ± 31.5 relative to 100 and sd± 12.7 for MDS this result indicated that most of the patient in Equniox are receiving palliative treatment which is escribed tobad control of the system (i.e. lack of QC ). |
