The dromedary camel (camelus dromedaries) has a natural ability to produce quality meat, milk and fibre under very hot and most hostile climatic condition; however it is reproductively weak and has received the least attention among livestock animal species. Camel is a seasonal breeder, induced ovulatory and the gestation period is about 13 months. In this concise review, we shed the light  &#13;
on some ovarian and uterine pathological conditions that dramatically affect female camel reproductive efficiency including ovarian follicular cysts, corpus luteal cysts, persistent corpus luteum, early embryonic loss and camel breeders and owners and require early and careful interference to improve the camel reproduction.

This study presents a comparatively easy and practical method for longterm fistulation and insertion of a proper rumen cannulae in the fore stomach of the dromedary camel  (Camelus dromedarius).&#13;
As an advantage, it is important to point that this technique is simple, less laborious to do than traditional two-stage techniques in which ones had to do a second ruminotomy to implant the cannula (Ward et al., 1950). Overall, the rumen fistulation of dromedary camels were very difficult because of choosing the proper cannula, spleen of ventral position, smaller abdominal cavity compared to cattle leading to that the rumen is small and a pit cranially positioned and finally thick abdominal walls specially in she-camel.

The aim of the study was to determine the status of some minerals (Calcium, Phosphorus, Manganese and Zinc) in serum of she-camels (Camelus dromedarius) slaughtered at Tambul Abattoir from August 2017 to October 2018 and during dry and wet seasons. Blood samples were collected from eighty she-camels raised under traditional system and slaughtered at Tamboul abattoir. Serum samples were analyzed for measurement/estimation of Calcium (Ca), Phosphorus (P), Manganese (Mn) and Zinc (Zn) concentration. The variation factors included season, breed and age of she-camels.&#13;
The results showed that there was no significant effect of season on serum Ca and P but statistical significant differences (P˂0.05) on the serum Mn and Zn affected by season. The results of this study showed a significantly higher (P˂0.05) Ca and Zn concentration in serum of Butana and Darfur breeds compared to Bishari and Anafi breed. There was no significant (P&gt;0.05) differences in serum concentration of minerals due to age, although the highest concentrations of minerals were observed in older ages (˃15 years) and the lower levels were seen in younger ages. There is difference between this study and previous studies considering season, breed and age of she-camels. Therefore, we recommend further studies to be performed for estimation of minerals in serum of she-camels in the area.
