dc.description.abstractThis thesis focuses on explaining the simulation of an over the horizon radar and it consist of three parts as the below : Firstly the theoretical part which contains basic principles of the radar system ( the definition of the radar , radar equation , radar bands and radar applications ) , brief overview of global system of mobile communication GSM , the research also introduces an overview of computer ( hardware , software and devices ) and an introduction of C ++ programming language . Secondly The aim of this project is to make a simulation for an over the horizon radar system by using GSM intelligent alarm system interfaced with computer device through D25 connector. Finally the software part which use C++ program language to carry out the simulation of an over the horizon radar function.en_US
