Abstract: | The aim of this study is to check the standards of quality of services rendered at MR Departments in Khartoum. the purpose is to identify the general characteristics of the quality in the following categories: reception, registration, pt. preparation, guidance, direction to the scan ,care of pts while performing the scan , general satisfaction ,psychological trends and finally the total grade of services quality. Data collection consists of preliminary information from technical management of MR Departments and patients. Study was done at KADC and Doaa center. Simple statistical used to analyses results. The finding of the study are: 1. ‘There is no large difference in the quality of services in KADC and Doaa center, all of them above average. 2. KADC provides effective MR, services for a large portion of Sudanese society due to the place and magnet power. 3. Doaa center has been established as a unique center used MRI technique for Sudanese society since 2000. 4. ‘The two centers are promoting academic and technical teaching to higher educational studies. |
