dc.description.abstractObjective: To report the value of trans-vaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of Infertility T.V.S being a major modality may play a key role in detection and management of infertility. Method: This study depend on practical scanning data. Data was collected through daily data sheets which were based on simple and short questions. The data was collected from Feb 2005-Nov 2005. Study was performed at three different institution of Lahore, Pakistan. Which includes • Afro-Asian Institute of Medical Science 626 Shadman I, Lahore. • Gilani Ultrasound Center Ferozpur Road, Lahore. • Family Health Hospital Johar Town, Lahore. Result: 100 Patients of infertility were scanned. Out of 100 following results were founed Normal = 60% Leionyoma= 14% Polycystic Ovaries = 7% PID = 6%en_US
