The aim of this study was to curry out practical and theoretical measurement of exposure level at nuclear medicine in hot lab at Aniline Medical Center. The measurements were carried out by using GM-survey meter at different points and the collected data have been analyzed by using EXCELL soft ware. The analysis of data showed that: the Generator activity was 10 GBq starting from first day which is decreases by time down to the day number ten. Also the analysis showed that Generator activity decreases exponentially according the equation: y=30742e-0.528x versus days. And the exposure level has been decreases versus distance as well as reduction of Generator activity according to the equations: y=0.0003xs+0.0111 at different distance.en_US
