dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to study the role of triphasic spiral CT in evaluation of the focal liver lesions. The data used in this study were collected from department of radiology, Suba University Hospital and Royal Care International Hospital. Data of the patient undergone CT examination were taken during December 2012_janiuary 2013, doul slice CT scanner (GE. Hi speed), Multi slice CT scanner 64 slice (Toshiba ) were used in this study, total of 50 patients (35_82) years 28 of them males and 22 females. The main findings of this study the common type of the liver lesion is simple liver cyst (38%)and Hepto cellular carcinoma (26%), and study show that the most common age (62_70) years (30%) and most common in males 65% than females 44%. And the triple phase spiral CT of the liver detected all cases of the liver lesions, and concluded that the triphasic spiral CT is best procedure in case of the focal liver lesion and has very high accuracy.en_US
