Abstract: | Students face difficulties in transferring from one university to another which makes the development of (Student Transfer System) (STS) one of the most top public education priorities. The goal is to refine and introduce the importance of transfer system for undergraduate students and how it effects in their scientific career path, and analyze this system and implement it. The project focused on transferring students who completed the first or second year, and from SUDANESE to SUDANESE university. Data collected using interviews & documents from the Higher Education Admission Office and some other universities. The result is the analysis & implementation of the transfer system. The resulting system is scalable and can be expanded to include other forms of transfer and to contribute in improvement of educational operations effectively. |
