Abstract: This research investigates of the linguistic bias against women in terms of bias in using the language. The study focuses on the aspects of bias in the language of men against women and the inequality in the expression of some words that carry sexist dimensions. The researcher assumes language of men differs from the language of women and this difference creates a kind of bias against women in a society. The researcher uses the descriptive approach in analyzing the statement of problem and adopts the Scientific Package of Social Science (SPSS) to explain the results of the questionnaire. The researcher has found out that women are biased against in terms of linguistic bias in the society and that the linguistic bias is clear in the use of certain terms that characterize each of the two genders such as using terms like spokesman, milkman, mankind and many other words reflect the sexist language that show clear inequality between the two genders. The researcher recommends that women should be treated equally by men in terms of language and gender
