Abstract: This study aimed at adopting training session to enhance secondary school students' reading comprehension. this research has adopted the descriptive analytical method. the instrument that was used for data collection is a test. the sample of the study consisted of 30 secondary school students in Alglai secondary school at Elhuda locality the data were analyzed by using the statistical program. (SPSS). the study came with following results. Secondary school students are not aware of reading strategies and students don't practice techniques of reading skills. the researcher would like to forward the following recommendations; reading strategies must be learned and applied practically for consuming students time for better or full mark exam.
