Purpose The Aim of Study was to determine the ultrasonographic criteria of BPD measurement at different gestational ages of normal singleton pregnancy. Methods and Materials 100 Saudi pregnant women with different weeks of gestational age was included in this study. All cases were normal singleton pregnancy. The study was conducted at Maternity and Children Hospital Buraidah Al-Qassim Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Duration of this study was August 2008- Jan 2009. The Machines available for this study are GE Logic 200, GE Logic 400, GE Voluson Pro 730 with standard Curvilinear probes 3.5 MHz. Results Accuracy of Ultrasound findings of BPD measurement is more accurate in earlier 2nd trimester than later 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Conclusion This study proved that there is good, correlation of BPD in estimation of gestational age during earlier 2nd trimester of pregnancy than measurement during late 2nd trimester and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Significance of presentation is reflected on BPD measurement in both trimester.en_US
