This study was conducted in White Nile State in order to investigate the prevalence of bovine brucellosis. A surveillance was performed to cover to some areas and eighty three blood samples (n=80, cows,n=3,bulls) were randomly collected from some dairy farms in Assalaia, Kenana and Rabak . Serum samples were obtained and examined by Rose Bengal Plate Test (RBPT) to detect antibodies of brucella. Six samples (7.22%) only were reported to be positive, five cases in Kenana (83.33%) and one case (16.67%)in Rabak .
