The compounding of PVC resin and PVC recycle with some additives was studied to improve the properties of PVC. Different additive involve, plasticizer and were mixed with base polymer. These formulations are used in shoes sole making the shoes sole produced were tested. The tests are for the mechanical properties, tensile strength, elongation at break and hardness in addition to the density of material. The best formulation is that has the best tensile strength, elongation at break and hardness. And shoes soles were prepared. Tests were carried out for analyzing the mechanical properties like tensile strength, elongation at break, hardness, and physical property like density. The results were shown great enhancement of properties of the base polymer.en_US
