dc.description.abstractThis study aims at investigating the difficulties face by high school students in English spelling in the state of al jazzier. The researcher takes his population from three secondary schools by makes a test for these students as to investigate their difficulties in English spelling so the researcher designs a test for one hundred students and the test contains fifty words as to investigate their problematic areas in English spelling the students study spine syllabus for six years four years in basic level and two years in basic level their age between eighteen and seventeen years old and they study English as second language and their mother language is Arabic language. Also he conducts teachers questionnaire for English teachers who teach English in different levels basic and high levels their qualifications most of them in degree of bachelor and their number are twenty teachers they are different in gender. They conduct questionnaire which contents ten statements with multi options as it mentions in chapter three. The results of teachers questionnaire comes as follow the statements which support the positive agreements for the hypothesis .The researcher shows there only four students are succeeded from the total number that refers to the weaknesses in students levels in English language spelling.en_US
