Abstract: | Lack of Launching Mechanism (LM) for each FN-6 missile where it’s found that one mechanism used repeatedly for the launch of three to ten missiles which reduces the efficiency of launch and causes frequent failures at launch. In this study, control model was introduced for the launch of FN-6 surface to air missile air defense weapon system, and the design of a launching mechanism can be considered as a base for the future possibility of designing multiple missile control unit to launch multiple missiles simultaneously. This study includes an integrated reverse engineering process by analyzing the Input/Output (I/O) signals of launching mechanism and designing simulation model with launch process without any change in the technical and tactical specifications of missile and taking in account all safety precautions for shooter (before, during and, after) launch. |
