Abstract: Afieldexperiment was conducted at the farm of the College of Agricultural Studies, Sudan University of Science and Technology Shambat, to study the effect of Rhizobium Inoculumation, Mycorrhiza, Compost and Diammonium Phosphate (DAP) on nodulation, growth and yield of fenugreek (Trigonella Foenum-graecum L.) during winter season 2017-2018.The experiment laid out in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with four replicates. The treatments were: (Control, Rhizobium inoculum, Rhizobium inoculum combination with Mycorrhiza, Rhizobium inoculum combination with Mycorrhiza and compost, Rhizobium inoculums combination with Mycorrhiza and DAP 50 kg/ha) The results showed that the effectcombination of Rhizobium inoculum with Mycorrhiza was significant differenceon number of nodules. Despite no significant difference on other parameter, but mean comparisons showed that the treatment Rhizobium inoculum combination with mycorrhiza and compost increased thousand seeds weight about 15% over lowest value. Also Rhizobium inoculum combination with mycorrhizaand compost increased seed yield about 85% over the lowest value.Highest yield (518,93kg/ha) was achieved by using Rhizobium inoculum combination with Mycorrhiza and compost.
