Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is a common condition in Western countries. However, their metabolic characteristics are poorly known even though they could be important. Therefore, the objective of this study was to study the incidence & Prevalence of Nonalcoholic infiltration in Saudi Arabia (KSA) using ultrasound. The present study is a retrospective cross-sectional observational study. 65 patients (33-males50.8 % and-32-females49.2 %) were enrolled in this study, the selected randomly from patients who were referred to the interdisciplinary ultrasound department (Saudi Arabia (KSA)) for sonographic examination of the abdomen between March 2019 and October 2019. According to abdominal ultrasonography, these patients were divided into 50 subjects were diagnosed to have Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and 15 subjects were identified to have no fatty changes in the liver. The data, such as patient characteristics, diagnosis, and treatment, were extracted from medical records, and statistical analysis was performed. A higher percentage of subjects with NAFLD had Both diabetes mellitus &hypertension. It concluded that Imaging studies assist in the diagnosis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease through identifying fatty infiltrate in the liver. a high prevalence of ultrasound-diagnosed Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in patients with referral for sonographic examination of the abdomen among adults in KSA community ,the Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is most common liver disorder in Economically developed countries.en_US
