Abstract: The programmable logic system has been successfully applied to solve a wide range of scientific problems. It has been proven that these controls are better than conventional controllers. The main objective of this research is to adjust the quantity of treated chemical for the required amount, which reduces the return yield when increasing in wet oil. This study deals with the manual control of the injection pump of the emulsifying fraction. In this project, the mechanical control of the injection pump will be applied using the programmable logic controllers. The tools used include the step seven programs (S7PLC). Through this research we have reached the application of this system in the control of achieving great success and with a very high accuracy.
