Abstract: As a result of the developments in this era (the information age), the use of information technology has been a qualitative development in the service of the educational process as it provides many of the effects that contribute clearly to the presentation of the content in an interesting manner through videos, colors, sounds, images static and mobile conversely to traditional methods and teaching methods in education. Through the study, the researcher concluded that the use of technology in teaching the Arabic language used as an aid and that most systems that may include electronic resources to teach the Arabic language do not follow the basics of a clear or reference methodology for teaching Arabic to non-native speakers. The aim of this study is to develop an educational framework that helps in learning Arabic for non-native speakers by integrating the traditional curriculum with educational events using modern techniques, creating an educational platform according to the educational framework, presenting educational materials in attractive and interesting ways and interactive activities.
