dc.description.abstractThe study examines the impact of the application of the principles of TQM on institutional performance. A sample of the study (in the group of companies of Muawiya al-Brier in Khartoum State) seeks to know the reality of applying the principles of TQM in industrial establishments, the reflection of application on the performance of institutions, The problem of the study was that the industrial companies and institutions in Sudan lack the application of a culture and philosophy of total quality and interest in measuring and evaluating performance within the institution. The main hypothesis of the study is that there is a positive relationship between the application of the principles of total quality and institutional performance. Four hypotheses are derived from the existence of a statistically significant relationship between the application of the principles of total quality (commitment of senior management, employee participation, continuous improvement, plans and strategies, (Organizational satisfaction, satisfaction of employees, satisfaction of customers, satisfaction of society) to achieve the objectives of this study A questionnaire was designed to study the field of the variables of the study problem in order to test the hypotheses. The Administration (Enterprise Manager, heads of departments, supervisors, and employees) were distributed number (85) questionnaire on the study sample was recoverable (70) questionnaire any gain of (82.0%). The study found that there was a great interest by the institution in the study of the principles of total quality and the application of these variables in varying degrees and positive levels. It was the highest level of application of the focus on customers while the participation variable was considered the lowest in terms of application. This institution is committed to the performance and work to improve and develop these variables at varying levels through achieving the satisfaction of the institution, customers, employees and the community. The study also found a positive correlation between all the variables of the principles of total quality adopted by the researcher in the study and the institutional performance. The study concluded several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to increase the interest of the institution to apply all the quality of the overall performance to enhance its institutional performance. With the need to improve and restructure the administrative processes in order to provide better quality service to customers. The study also concluded the need for flexible administrative systems that facilitate the provision of services with the quality and speed required. And increased attention to the development of institutional performance.en_US
