dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this qualitative study is to investigate the role of implementation of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems on employee‘s satisfaction at National Industries Company Omdurman /Sudan, where researcher used a descriptive approach to its appropriateness for the purposes of the study. Questionnaire designed as a tool to collect data and distributed randomly to (70) of employees of National industries company, so they contain four aspects: the effectiveness of QMS, leadership commitment, Employee involvement and continuous improvement. The data analyzed using (SPSS) software program for statistical treatments appropriate to put the study for it according to the following changes: (gender, educational level, age, job title). The result of this study showed that there is no a statistically significant relationship between the effectiveness of the QMS and the employees satisfaction and there is statistically significant relationship between implementing of ISO 9001:2015 QMS (leadership commitment, Employee involvement ,continuous improvement) on the employees satisfaction , results from the analysis of employee‘s feedback showed positive trends ,The more correlated factor to employee satisfaction is Employee involvement thence continuous improvement and leadership commitment as result from this study. So its recommended to generalize the experience of implementing QMS ISO 9001:2015 in all the industrial sectors in Sudan as it leads to Employees satisfaction which is the intended aim of implementing QMS ISO 9001:2015 which begins with customer requirement and end with customer satisfaction and the need for senior management commitment to developing business system to keep pace with modern technological developments.en_US
