A cross – sectional epidemiological study was conducted from november 2018 to december 2018 to estimate the prevalence and to investigate risk factors associated with the Fasciolosis in cattle slaughtered at two abattoirs in Eldmazin and Elreseriries Localities – Blue Nile State. Among the total of 119 cattle livers examined at post mortem,7 animals were positive and prevalence of bovine Fasciolosis was 5.9%. Unvariate analysis showed that there was statistically significant association between infection and age of animal (X2=57.891%,P.Value 0.000).There is was associationbetweenbody condition of theanimal andthe disease(X2= 44.782% , P. Value 0.000) . Also the chi square test showed significant association between Fasciola infection and sex(X2=49.824 , P.value =0.000). Breed statistically significant with disease (X2= 79.067, P. Value=0.000).Also using drug showed that prophylactic resistance there was statistically significant association with disease (X2 =99.840%, P.Value 0.000). Source of animals alsostatistically significant with disease (X2= 82.361%, P. Value 0.000), and localities statistically significant with disease (X2 =32.576%,P. Value 0.000). However typeof grazing and present of snail were not found significant association with diseaseen_US
