The oil was analyzed by gas chromatography – mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and 41 components were identified and quantified. Major constituents were :9,12 –octadecanoic acid methyl ester (39.30%),hexadecanoic acid methyl ester (15.82%),methyl stearate (13,39%)and 9-octadecanoic acid methyl ester (12.51%).
