Abstract

The translation of this book aimed at reflecting the details of the military campaign that headed proceeded to DONGLA and SENNAR and to meet Sudanese for this matter as it is worth mentioning the greatness of this campaign because it is destined to eliminate the largest Islamic kingdom in the history of Sudan.The book contains the two phases of the campaign to DONGOL and SENNAR.The translator follow the quality of free translation, literary or editorial as well as literal translation in a limited manner.The translator faced some difficulties, represented in phrases term and idioms which the translator could overcome with the help of the some glossaries and dictionaries. This book was written by old language that is rarely used while another mentioned the nature of the geography and people in Kingdom of Sennaar, his book also contains the history of Sudan as a great kingdom of African and Arab worlds in that period.
