dc.description.abstractThis research is entitled " The Role of Corporate Social Responsibility in Organization on employees " and addressing the problem of knowledge of the employees of organization on the concept of community responsibility, the aim of the research is to study the extent of employee's awareness of the principle and values of social responsibility. The researcher used the descriptive approach to study the hypotheses and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect evidence from the sample of Ashagara Industrial Complex where (52) randomly selected samples from a total community of (210) samples. The questionnaire analyzed using the statistical analysis program (SPSS) and the results reached to the organization's commitment to apply the standards of responsibility and that its employees are fully aware of its terms and means of application and their desire to participate in community development and their application increases the efficiency of organizational work and leads towards sustainable development. Based on these results, the researcher recommends opening the door of dialogue to the employees of organization to know their views on the application of the organization to the community officials and giving them the opportunity to create new ideas that increase the efficiency of the work and raise their awareness towards the community and establishment of system of identification in the work plan of the organization as a tool to identify and apply these opinions , As well as increasing the organization's involvement to find solutions that are concerned with environmental health and re-cycling to develop the society surrounding the organization leading in the direction of sustainable development .en_US
