A lot of plastic parts that have a high demand in the Sudanese market are imported from other countries like China and India while it could be designed and manufactured locally. These parts could be designed from the initial steps or designed by using reverse engineering technology. In this project a plastic injection mold to produce plastic wall plug size 6 mm had been designed by engineering software (VISI CAD) using reverse engineering method. Designing process had been done by following the agreed global steps in designing injection molds . This part had been chosen due to its highly demand in Sudanese market and it is normally imported from China . Simulation process had been done to the mold after finishing the design to insure its accuracy and proficiency.en_US
