Abstract: The present study has been designed to identify the bioactive constituents present in components of NigellaSativa oil using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectroscopic (GC-MS), to investigate the possibility of producing laser from it using He-Ne laser as an excited source. Preliminary absorption spectrum ranged from 600 to 680 nm, emission spectrum ranged from 650 nm to 700 nm, this range includes the laser wavelengths that used to treat wound healing and wrinkles and 690 nm treat in photodynamic therapy, (GC-MS) analysis of NigellaSativa oil was performed using GC and interpretation on mass spectrum (GC-MS). Totally 7 compounds were identified based on their molecular mass, retention time and peak values, among them, the highest amount were obtained for some compounds such as 9-octadecenoic acid (48.16%) and low peak value such as tetradecanoic acid (myristic acid), isopropyl ester (0.52) .Thus, the results of this study platform of using cumin oil as herbal alternative for various diseases.
